Think About It

Franklin , Tennessee - with all of the talk these days about Franklin Police having a budget crunch , why can't the police department kick in , some of the money they make from selling stolen goods? I don't know what the dollar rate is on these items , butt it must be profitable or else Franklin Police would not be in the business. Detective Black would have these answers.

Add in the extra payments for this 'n that from their wealthy clients and there you have another pretty penny.

Besides , with the extra money Franklin Police make , for doing dirty little deeds and keeping "friends" out of jail for their wealthy friends , Franklin Police can't really be hurting that bad.

Keep in mind , their budget is only a piece of paper for the public to see and nothing more.

When the Sheriff can not afford a cup of coffee , while Franklin Police have plenty to spare , do you see a picture here?

Think about it.

The Truth About Franklin Police

Franklin , Tennessee - there is a favorite blog in Franklin , called , Drinking The Franklin Koolaid. You can leave your thoughts or make a comment about what's going on about town. Here are a couple of comments given , after posting this picture of a gang:

The police could have stopped this early on , butt , they allow it to grow so they can have a reason to exist. They learned this lesson well , when they cleaned up the drugs on our streets. Now , what do we have all over again?

Hi Bob , if you knew what was really going on in your town you would know what a stupid remark you asked

I have had 2 robberies in one year living in Merry Old Franklin. It took one week for the detective to get in touch with me after repeated calls to him. By that time, it's sold on ebay. Basically you get a little paperwork and not much else. Not happy with FPD. Crime is much worse here than people are aware of. If everyone knew just how bad , it would be a PR disaster for Franklin. Many of my neighbors are feeling it too.

guest 9:49 - this is how Franklin Police tell you , they know who did it but they are not going to arrest them. The police do not investigate what they already know. Mr. Horne's blog tells you these facts

OFFICER DOWN

I've heard remarks that I don't like police officers. That's not exactly true. It's Franklin Police I don't care for. Here's a story to show how I feel:

Once upon a time - a police officer was getting a ride home , from a fellow officer on duty when a call came in. At the scene , while sitting in the car , a person ran up to the police car , put a gun to the officer's head and pulled the trigger (by now you probably remember this incident)

During emergency surgery , I was operating the IV pressure pole while monitoring vitals. I had already pumped a case of fluids and clear blood was flowing from the bullet hole in his head , as small bone pieces parts were piling up on the bed , the doctors decided to pronounce.

Upon returning him to his admit bed , I commenced to wash and clean him up. I'll be Damned if I was going to allow his family to see this bloody assed , "Fucked Up" , mess of a man , their husband and father had become. His blood had dried hard and stuck to everything , making the job all the more difficult. I cleaned and dug at the grunge under his finger nails , I scrubbed his bloody head and I pried/removed the dried , bloody , stinky assed boogers , clogging up his nostrils and I dug out his ears and picked at the crap from between his teeth. I scrapped and dug out the nasty assed filth from his eyebrows. I even wrapped him in clean bandages to hide the bullet holes from his family and also to help keep his busted head pieces parts and skull bones together , so his family would'nt freak out , otherwise , he would have fell apart before their eyes. Hell , I even changed out his messy , bloody assed , stinky , Shit smeared and urine stained , bed linens and dressed him in clean hospital pajamas , complete with a cute little pillow. A little work on the face and he had a small grin. You'd think he was having some kind of sweet dreams. (if you are a police officer , would you want your family seeing you lay in state like this? )

(today , I can still close my eyes at any time and see him , while the stench of his death permeates the air I breathe , despite this happening several years ago)

This was not my area to work today. However , Dana was busy doing her daily "Jacking Jaw" duties and besides , she was totally worthless to the nurses anyway , ass they had way too much to do at the time. (Dana is the manager's pet Lesbian and therefore she enjoys the same perks ass Franklin Police officers do. She has no accountability)

The family finally came in to see him. They were surprised at how good he looked and said so , while holding on tightly to his hands , not wanting to let go. (You're Welcome) I got several words of praise from my fellow "Worker Bees" and the Charge Nurse did make another complaint about Dana. (Yes , again)

Now , keep in mind , I would not do this for a Franklin Police officer. I even told Mr. Corero to his face , if I saw him lying in the middle of the street needing medical attention , I would not help him. It's nothing personal , it's just Franklin Police. They are a dishonest police department , that refuses to clean up it's house.

If you really want an example of what's wrong with Franklin Police , just say , "Tim Taylor".

Note: Yes , the Charge Nurse looked around to see if anyone was watching and she hugged me and rubbed her tits back and forth across my chest with a smile. Now that's a "Thank You" :)

Another note: I wonder how many people reading this , would go to the trouble / effort I did , to make this police officer look descent for his family ?

Typical Franklin Police Mentality

The City of Franklin , Tennessee - ( this incident happened a while back ) Franklin Police tracked down a family operated theft ring , specializing in outdoor memorabilia. Doug went to Downtown Franklin Police , to get the scoop from Detective Barnes.
Doug : Why did it take 5 years to finally end this case ?
Barnes : Well , you know , we've been rather busy. It took us 10 years just to get rid of that Taylor guy.
Doug : Are you related to Commander Barnes ?
Barnes : Why , yes I am. He's retired by the way
Doug : Yes , I know , butt , is'nt that like nepotismism ?
Barnes : Why no , no , no , of course not , no , not at all. Why ? Well , er , cough , anyway. This City of Franklin passed ordinances , allowing The Franklin Police Department to hire who ever they want , regardless of qualifications
Doug : Wow , Franklin's government actually accomplished something.
Barnes : Hmmm , yeah , how about that. Hmmm. Hey , by the way , do you have a driver's license ?
Doug : No , I don't drive. Butt , I do have a gun permit. I rode the Franklin Trolley to get here.
Barnes : Well then , you're under arrest.
Doug : Huh ? What for ?
Barnes : Franklin City Ordinance 13-13-13-001-013-13-00013. I'm arresting you on suspicious suspicion of not seriously wanting to live in Franklin with snooping around where you are not wanted plus vagrancy
Doug : Butt , I DON'T live in Franklin , I never said I did. And besides that , I called you before coming here to schedule this interview
Barnes : See ? I had a suspicious hunch you didn't belong around here and besides , I don't know who you are or even why you are here :) And I don't remember no phone call.
Doug : Butt , butt , hey wait a minute , aren't your phone calls taped anyway ? You'll find our conversation @ 1300 today
Barnes : No I won't :)
Doug : Whaaa ? What kind of a police department is this ?
Barnes : Hee hee hee and snickers some more :)

Note : ass this went down , it was a good thing Barnes did not know Jay Johnson was looking for her. She did make it out of town alive.

Where's The Trap?

Franklin , Tennessee -

Notice on Lewisburg Highway , where the speed trap has been in place numerous times in the last year. The state told the city several months ago to make the speed limit the same going in both directions.

If Franklin Police were truly keeping everyone safe by going 35 mph, why in the last couple of weeks did the speed limit get raised, by the city, to 45 mph instead of the other side being lowered to 35 mph?

According to several "in-the-know," people were dangerously driving over the 35 mph posted speed. Speed trap closed! And, get this, the city didn't even pay some consultant for a study!

Caught In The Act

Nashville , Tennessee - If you missed the news , the other night a McDonalds restaurant was robbed at gun point. A Metro Police Sargeant was caught on tape stealing french fries. The Sgt. replied , " What ? This isn't evidence. " A Metro Dick said they were unable to recover finger prints from the fries and so everyone got to eat free. He said off camera , " Man , we get the munchies , like ya know ? Like , after a couple of hits on some of Vanderbilt best smash 'n hash , you 're gonna get da munchies. "

A Metro Police Officer later stated , " I bet you thought us cops only ate donuts. "

Yes folks , Franklin Police are not the only cops who steal.

A Great Business Oportunity

Franklin , Tennessee - how would you like to have a second income , without those burdening , bothersome taxes? I mean , wouldn't a tax free , second income , be great to have right now? It just sounds too good to be true doesn't it? And I'll bet , you've heard all of this before. Am I right?

Now look , I'm going to tell you up front , if you don't happen to have a half mill to bring to the table , you can leave right now because I'm wasting your time. Butt , if you've got that half a mill , then , this program just might be right for you. And the best part is , the police do all of the leg work. All you do on your part is just stay at home and watch the money roll in ass the police do their part. It's that simple and the police will even send an armed escort with your earnings , right up to your door.

Here's how it works - let's say your neighbor has some collectibles and you would like to get your hands on it , butt you don't want to get caught with the stuff , should the police get called in. Well my friend , here's the beauty of it all. Let the police do the stealing for you. AND , they'll even take care of the fencing part ass well. Again , all you have to do , is stay at home and watch the money roll in. Hell , like I've said , the police will even deliver your earnings right to your door. Now , how's that for service? Sweet , eh?

Another advantage to this set up , is the simple fact , there are no extra employees nosing around your business , no gang members , no mob members to split your earnings with and no gang wars to contend with. You're , "The Boss". The territory is all yours and your turf does'nt cross over onto someone else's turf. The police are very careful about what house sits on what line on their map.

Look. Like I've said earlier , you'll need a half mill up front. You say , you're interested , butt , you want to know up front , what you are getting into , in return for your money and that my friend , is a good question to ask. Speaking for myself , last year , I only made a mere , one and a quarter mill. Heh heh heh heh. Butt , keep in mind , my territory is still experiencing expansion pains , so my expectations fell a little short of my goals. Butt still , not bad for a half million dollar investment , eh?

Now , here's something else you need to think about , it's just a matter of time before this here City of Franklin pops it's city limits "Bubba Bubble" and when that happens , Williamson County will immediately become Metro-Franklin and THAT my friends means several thousand square miles of new territory to exploit. The Franklin Police Department will have to expand it's ranks , while the Sheriff's Department turns in their guns. We won't have a need for them anymore and besides , they would only get in the way of business.

Of course , I'll bet you're also thinking about liability , right? Not to worry. This business is insured by State Farm. Just like any other neighbor , State Farm wants to Fuck too. And the best part is , you don't pay them , they pay you. (see their authorized agent , Detective Black at The Franklin Police Department , for details)

Look , Franklin Police have helped countless Franklinites , achieve financial peace of mind. Take a look at me. I've got stolen goods in my home. Do I seem nervous having Franklin Police around me? Of course not. Life is good , when you're on the "Right Side of the Law" (RSL for short)

Now , if you've made up your mind that you want in , AND you've got the table payment. Just get in touch with Detective Black (615-791-3237 ext. 6846) at "The Original" , Franklin Police Department Downtown Precinct and tell him , "The Blue Horse Shoe says , you can afford to be on the right side of the law." Now , if Mr. Black likes you , he will ask you some small , innocent and indecent questions about your family , your kids , your dog , the wife and of course , he'll want some naked pictures and such and if he likes what he sees , you're in and he'll then fill you in , on the table payment arrangements , to be made right a way.

That's all there is to it. I'm telling you , now is the time , to "Pay and Play". Don't delay and pay today. Being on the right side of the law , is a great place to be. It's profitable AND it's a great recession proof , business way of staying on top. And yes , you are going to need some bigger Mason jars with an even bigger back yard to put them in :)

Remember , crime does not pay , butt , being on the right side of the law , IS , profitable.

What? Again?

Franklin , Tennessee - BVD was back in town , when Franklin PD dropped the ball on crime , again (yes , again). There's a vehicle that Franklin Police claim is not in their data base. This vehicle is suspected of being involved in a series of home break ins. Detective Black was informed of the vehicle's where abouts , butt , he was more concerned about his freshly made morning cup of French La ' ette el B'you.

BVD : Ya know Jerry , Franklin is very fortunate to have you for a watchdog
Jerry : I never thought of myself as being that
BVD : Then what's your problem ?
Jerry : I'm just tired of people not being what they are supposed to be. If a Franklin Police officer can't be honest or doesn't want to do their job , then they should just stop what they are " not " wanting to do and quit.
BVD : Do you know where a Franklin Police officer , well , , , any police officer comes from ?
Jerry : Their mother's ass ?
BVD : Hm , , , well , , , . ( BVD finally breaks into laughter while Jerry looks on unimpressed. He is not laughing. . . . Finally , silence fills the room and BVD studies Jerry's expressionless face. ) " Jerry , I swear , sometimes you say the funniest things , while not intending it to be funny " , , , , . " I know you are familiar with reincarnation , so I'll ask again , if you know where a police officer comes from ? "
Jerry : No
BVD : They are bad people , who lived a prior life ass a bad person. On their death bed , they made apologies and stated how sorry they were for the wrong they had done.
Jerry : Uh huh , right. Of course they were " SORRRRRRRIE ".
BVD : ( smiling ) , Uh huh , well , the Universe shares your analogy and that's where reincarnation comes in to play. You see , a person cannot erase their sins with just a few words or tears. There must be balance in the world and so , they are given another life to live , to show they are sincere , by doing good for people. Being a police officer merely adds responsibility , which acts as an interest penalty so to speak , just for " good " measure.
Jerry : Hm , that would explain why they keep falling off the saddle
BVD : Yeah , well , , , , , , old habits are hard to break
