Franklin , Tennessee - BVD News - "Our" Franklin Police Department got some extra help from the Blue Man Group in getting more money to expand their operations building , aka "The Taj Mahal"
The Blue Man Group is going on tour and they have decided to do a sideshow to benefit our Franklin Boys in Blue , here in The City of Franklin.
BVD : Sgt. Warner , what's going on ?
Sgt. Warner : Well BVD , I tell you , this department needs moore room in it's new building. Having 12,000 sq. ft. of space we don't use is just not enough. So The Blue Man Group is giving a benefit show for us Franklin Police to help raise funds for the badly needed expansion.
The Blue Man Group gave a sneak preview of their road show on the Regis morning show.

Franklin Current Crime Wave
Franklin , Tennessee - Detective Black has spent a lot of cruising time the Riverview area and knows who was responsible for a series of burglaries and vandalism , BUTT , because the person is his friend , no arrest will be made.
Today , the paint can twins Robert Herron and Tripp Weir go to court for their crimes. If they had first become friends with Franklin Police , they would not have been arrested.

What CNN Doesnt Say
Franklin , Tennessee - Yes folks , CNN put Franklin on their map of 100 best places to live. You know , it's amazing how many people brag about this town and yet , not one of those people have lived here for one Damn day. After all , Franklin is just a quaint little town , within easy driving distance of Nashville. One thing very few people know about Franklin , is the crime problem.
Did you know , Franklin Police have 20 detectives ? Did you know , they all average 30 investigations at any one time ? That's 600 incidents of crime in Franklin , at any one time. One of those investigations is a burglary. The door locks were broken and 10,000 dollars of theft and vandalism occurred. This incident involves Franklin Police officers and includes stealing a Red Cross Christmas surprise and of course , CNN over looks this small detail. After all , being close to Nashville is what really counts. Right?
My , what a wonderful town , this City of Franklin is to live in. Don't you agree ? I know Jay Johnson is sooo proud of his police department. You know , Jay Johnson , the City Administrator who got fired.
For the benefit of those who don't know. Yes , Franklin Police finally replaced their Deputy Chief. Is'nt it interesting that at the time , JJ refused to say why the other Deputy left ? The paper said , the former deputy was doing an excellent job. Both Chief jackie and his former boss JJ concurred on his exemplary job performance , and for some unknown reason , he just UP and quit and no one is talking about it.
Our "strong appreciation for history" , yeah right. Those fake battle fields are finally paying off.

It's no wonder music has a big influence on Franklin -- it's 20 minutes from Nashville.
Not only is it home to some of country music's rising stars and music producers, but this town hosts a wide range of concerts and festivals. They include Bluegrass Along the Harpeth in July and the Franklin Jazz Festival in September.
There's a strong appreciation for history here -- there are some Civil War sites in town. --N.A.

Thackston Speaks Out Of Turn
Franklin , Tennessee - BVD got Chairman Thackston of Cumberland University in Lebanon , Tennessee to give his views on the vandal incident , at Franklin Downtown Legal District.
BVD: Just what are you saying about these vandals? What they did was both stupid and stupid
Thackston: Look , these young boys are just simple college kids at heart. Myself , having spent most of my life at Vanderbilt , I know what it is , to be young , dumb and full of cum. Robert Herron and Tripp Weir were just acting like the teenagers they are is all.
BVD: I would think you would say something different about this incident
Thackston: Weeeeell nooooooowwww , look it here , when you have been around spoiled 'n rich , Vanderbilt kids ass long ass I have , you become dysfunctional and I
BVD: Hmm?
Thackston: What?
BVD: What are you trying to say Thackston?
Thackston: I'm saying that if these boys were friends with Franklin Police or family members with the judge or something like that , they would never had been arrested. Butt , since they are from Brentwood , that just aggravated things all the moore
BVD: How do you know this?
Thackston: I'm a political person in many circles here in Tennessee. I was once even considered for governor , did you know that?
BVD: (thinking to himself - "Thank God you never were") How about those other boys?
Thackston: You mean the wakeboarders ? Well , Franklin Police felt that their "Bad Ass" reputation was being stepped on , plus the boys are Brentwoodians so of course they were arrested. Butt again , if those wakeboarders were family or even friends of Franklin Police , nothing would have happened to them. It's that simple. Hell , if the police had known them , they would have just watched them have their fun along with everyone else they didn't arrest that day. They weren't the only ones wakeboarding heh heh heh
BVD: Wow. This town sure has a hardon for people from Brentwood.
Thackston: Yeah , it sure seems that way , butt then , Franklin Police have never been honest with their administering the law. After all they do have their friends who drink and drive and are constantly having accidents and the police are always keeping them out of trouble.

Thackston: I have friends at THE TENNESSEAN. I'm one of their most favorite writers and I don't even work there
BVD: Sooooo , what do you think the DA has to say about your remarks?
Thackston: Who cares? I can't be arrested in this town anyway , so , like I said earlier , who cares?
BVD: Hey uh , Thackston , there's a woman looking at you real mean like

The Holding Room
Franklin , Tennessee @ The Crib - "Inside the Holding Room" , a BVD News Special Report - did you know there's a "Holding Room" , deep inside "Our" new Franklin Police Building? During the open house , I tried to get a picture of it , BUTT , I was told , "No can do , it's supposed to be a secret."
Soooo , why do the police have/need a holding room? (aka "The Holiday Room") Why no pictures? What's the big secret about this place? My tax dollar$ paid for it. So , what's going on? Having no answers in hand , I asked BVD and here's the reply:
BVD: Jerry , let's say , you are being interrogated at the station and you refuse to give the police , the answers they want to hear , so they can finish up their investigation , finish their paper work , finish their lunch and finish their cold ones before going home , while you sit in comfort behind bars. Their holding room provides them a secure place , to conveniently , while secretly , put your ass away , to allow you , the time you need , to rethink your answers. Meanwhile , your friends and relatives won't know you are in there because the police won't tell them.
It just so happens , there are cameras in this little cell. Aaaaaand , there also just so happens to be 2 very Happy Campers inside , who are enjoying "Our" Franklin Police hospitality at it's finest. Let's see how they are doing , shall we?

The Police Police
Franklin , Tennessee - The State of Tennessee has looked into this blog and now I'm getting mail from The City of Smyrna along with our sister City of Spring Hill.
A person (did you know that people living in Smyrna and Spring Hill are also named anonymous) asked me , "How would you suggest going about dealing with your corrupt police department? I replied I had no idea at the time.
This person mentioned the creation of The Police Police Department.
I told him , "Doing so would only double the amount of corruption already in existence"
He sadly agreed with me.

Our Police and Developers
Franklin , Tennessee - it didn't take much time for Franklin Police to share their new B&B building with their friends. There's a heated debate with developers and Franklinite owner/taxpayers , over a previously agreed upon development. Guess who wants to change things after the contract is agreed upon?

Doing business like this makes me wonder , just how many Mason jars does Chief Moore really have , buried in his backyard?
After reading about the rezoning efforts by the developer , are you getting an idea of what's going on behind those closed doors @ "The Crib" ? And I'll bet you thought Franklin Police needed all of that fancy office space to fight crime. Now it seems Franklin Police are participants in the crime(s)
