Active Denial System

Franklin , Tennessee - while Franklin Police have been busy using this on various Franklinites , Vanderbilt has already used this on an uncountable number of cats and other animals. Here's another interesting article on ADS 's or Active Denial Technology. Keep in mind , these toys now come in various sizes and models. There are perhaps 6 generations now in existence since ADT was introduced.

Los Angeles: Active Denial System "Pain Ray" Being Tested on Prisoners

Police StateAfter years of development and testing by defense contractor Raytheon Company and several branches of the military, the notorious Active Denial System, (aka the "pain ray") is being publicly deployed in the United States for the first time.

The National Institute of Justice and Pennsylvania State University are working with Los Angeles county prison officials to install a test unit at Pitchess Detention Center, in Castaic, California. The device, a 7 1/2 foot tall "scaled down" version of the original ADS, uses concentrated beams of electromagnetic radiation to heat water and fat molecules in the body in order to produce unbearable pain and burning sensations in whoever (or whatever) it is directed towards. While Raytheon and the military claim to have tested this weapon system on hundreds of volunteers with thousands of exposures, critics assert that the risks remain high, listing partial thickness burns, eye damage, and the possibility of serious injuries and illnesses for those with piercings and tattoos.

The Active Denial System has had a convoluted history, plagued by lurid rumors of hundreds of animals killed during secret tests. Rumors persist about test deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan, but the military publicly refutes such claims, saying that it had been rejected from being fielded in Iraq due to concerns that it would be seen as a torture device. While the system was indeed deployed to Afghanistan at some point in 2010, it was removed from service this summer. It seems that Raytheon has been looking for a more controlled environment to test their weapon, and they may have found it at Pitchess. According to NBC Los Angeles, there are 3,700 prisoners in the facility, and there have been over 250 "inmate on inmate assaults" so far this year.

A local news station and CNN affiliate, KTLA, recently reported on a riot involving 200 prisoners throwing rocks and debris at guards who were "attempting to stop them from entering a restricted area". According to the report, tear gas and "non-lethal weapons" were used, but even CNN seems unsure as to whether the ADS was used, claiming they are still "awaiting comment on whether the new... device was employed..." This seems to be in keeping with the shady history of the ADS; even the name has been changed repeatedly. First, it was the "Active Denial System". Then, the name was reported to be changing to "Silent Guardian". This most recent incarnation is being referred to as the "Assault Intervention Device".

The "evaluation" at Pitchess is said to be lasting 6 months, at which point the National Institute of Justice will decide whether it is suitable for use in prisons across the country. While an NBC video showed prison guards and officials "zapping" each other with the device amid lots of belly laughs, what will the future of this weapon look like? History has repeatedly shown that as soon as new "less lethal" weapons are widely fielded to law enforcement, they are used to abuse and torture people. Rubber bullets, pepper spray and tasers are all commonly used in ways that directly violate their supposed "safety" guidelines. Roughly one year ago, the Long Range Acoustic Device (aka the "sound cannon") was deployed in the United States for the first time at the mobilization against the G20 in Pittsburgh. While many of those subjected to the LRAD found ways to cope with the intense levels of noise it produced, it's clear that we are entering a new age of crowd control, with sophisticated weapons that can be abused in totally new ways.

Those responsible for deploying this weapon, as well as the mainstream media, suggest that the main function of ADS in the prison system will be to reduce prisoner on prisoner violence. It seems as if it may simply be a new, more efficient way to control prisoners who are revolting against an overcrowded, crumbling penal system. Given the amount of money Raytheon and the government have invested in this weapon, it would hardly be surprising to see it deployed on a national level after this token "evaluation" period.

Overheard and Quoted Here

Franklin , Tennessee -

If Franklin Police were'nt such Jack Asses , they would'nt have anything of a life to call their own

Anonymous conversation overheard at the bowling alley

Hey now , I did'nt make this up people. This was sent in to me.
:)

An Old Friend and Dead Children

Franklin , Tennessee - back in the days before my back injury , I worked hard all week and disappeared on the weekends. I would throw my camp gear in the truck on Thursdays and be gone on Fridays and dared to go where cities feared to tread. I can not count the times I was barely back on Monday for work on time as I was usually late :)

One fine summer day I happened along an old man sitting by a creek. He barely gave me a look and paid me no mind. He had a good shade spot so I offered some gum to which he gave me a strange look in the face , took the whole pack which he stuffed into his shirt pocket and went back to staring at the water while ignoring me. Not saying anything I sat down and joined in with his staring at the water , I figured there was something going on that I had'nt caught onto yet.

That was the beginning of a friend ship I shall never forget. This man was a real native to the land we call Tennessee. Of course , he and his people have another name for it which I won't use here. In time he taught me some about his people and their ways.

One quiet night we were enjoying a good camp fire that I had started with a rock and nothing more. For several hours nothing was said between us until he asked , "Do you know why police officers wear dark clothes?" I slowly shook my head. "They wear dark clothes to keep you from seeing their real colors." , he continued and told me about the local police being mean and hateful to him and his people because they owned some land that developers wanted and of course no one wanted to sell or much less to even move aside. He had told me about something strange was being used on them but it could not be seen and caused the children to be unable to breathe and even to die some times while they choked to death struggling and gasping for air. Upon death , the child/children sometimes had curled up into the fetal position. He cried while telling me about one grand child dying in his arms and how he was so powerless to help the little boy. (yes boys and girls I'm confident he is talking about the Active Denial Technology weapons system. It would seem it's been in use for a much longer time than earlier thought)

Anyway , in time I learned the color remarks he made was about a person's aura which he seemed to know a great deal.

He gave no trust to any white man in police uniform. Do you understand why? He said many times over that the white man would sell his Soul for some thing they called a dollar and he could not understand why any man would do such a thing

The reason I'm mentioning this here is because Sargent "Ticonderoga Hat" has a shiny black shaft thingie sticking out of his left lobe at a 15 - 20 degree angle. Perhaps someone here knows more about these things than me. Just wondering , just a wondering.

Why Have Active Denial Systems

Franklin , Tennessee - Yes , I was asked this question.

Do you remember the L A Riots? If the crowd had worked with an inner structure , they would have taken out the entire L A Police Department very easily and this is no joke.
Are you familiar with the 2012 predictions? "Our" government has said many times over , "This government will continue to operate , regardless of what happens or the outcome." During the last Bush administration , there was a massive building of underground facilities to accommodate "Our" government with total disregard to civilian needs. Vice President Chaney even got his own personal bunker and despite the fact he is no longer our Vice president , that bunker is still his. To protect these installations the job has been assigned for active denial systems.

Both of these questions provide the political argument along with the need to control crowds who are starving and in need of other services. And yes people , "Our" government has spent Billions trying to devise plans to answer these troubling questions. You would be amazed how many of our politicians think/believe the future of this country looks bleak. With 2012 around the corner , do you really think "Our" government is serious about the 14 Trillion dollar debt? "Our" government has deliberately ignored the budget in order to build and make whatever to be used in whatever events it believes is coming and when the Shit hits the fan , no one will care either way about any debt anybody may have or not. What will count is your ability to survive your own way thru it and nothing else will matter. NOTHING !

To give you an idea of what I'm talking about , have you seen the maps of what scientists think America will look like after the 2012 earthquakes? It looks like 40% of the land mass will be under water. The map also shows Tennessee to be in the "safe zone". (I'll let you know if I'm still around :)

With this much devastation to "Our" country , you can be sure there will be plenty of people in need of something and that means crowd control. You would be amazed at how much money has already been spent on what I'm talking about here.

It's like this people , with ADT's in place , you don't need bullets to put down a crowd. Remember , we are now a "Kinder and more Gentle" country now.

Meanwhile , despite a 14 Trillion dollar debt , "Our" government continues spending 500 Billion dollars JUST on military research alone. Now what does this tell you? Hmmm?

Meet Baby

Franklin , Tennessee - part of the harassment system the police use is to dump a cat on your door step. This cat of course is'nt fixed which does upset the 4 resident cats. I've been kind to this "Baby" and he gets fed every time he comes around.

The first time Franklin Police dumped a cat on me , I went thru the adoption process and paid the $75 dollar for shots and the operation papers with the county shelter. Soon after wards , the police grabbed "Orangie" and I have'nt seen him since. I'm not doing that again because the shelter said Tuff Shit about "Orangie"

Franklin Police are probably getting these cats from some Vanderbilt research program. I say this because both cats show similar behavior traits. So , since Franklin Police are good "Buds" with Vanderbilt Police , getting a so called stray and friendly cat is no problem. I mean like really , you'd be amazed at the number of cats Vanderbilt has on hand for some Dip Shit research project that requires spending lots of money , BUTT also , rewards a foreigner some kind of a graduate degree.

Ah yes. Life in Franklin is so nice , don't you agree? Stay tuned and I will tell you moore about this good city.

Questions On Active Denial System Technology

Franklin , Tennessee - there have been several emails on this subject and one person is a bean counter (I'm guessing) because they mentioned there is nothing on the books about the purchase of these toys.

My answer would be simply this-remember those 28 million dollars that The City of Franklin spent to design a 36 million dollar building? I would say the police got a chunk of that money to spend any way they pleased and since that money is not shown on the books , any purchase would also be "not shown on the books/inventory" and this is my best guess.

My second guess is the units are borrowed from another agency. Cities like Nashville have had these for a while now.

Active Denial Technology

Franklin , Tennessee - considering the harassment I've been through lately , I can only imagine what DRINKING THE FRANKLIN KOOL AID must have endured before closing down for the second time and with a second publisher. The original KoolAid blogger has moved out of state.

Yes siree boys and girls. This may be America , BUTT , be outspoken here and Franklin Police will unleash the "Dark Side" of their Lord and Law Giver upon you.

This is without question , the new home of the "Sith" and meanwhile:

I know Franklin Police have 2 of these things for sure , BUTT , I'm betting they have 4 of these. They would need 4 to cover the 360 degree perimeter of their headquarters building. And "Our" police department has been using this thing to harass me.

Here is a place you can start learning about this stuff. If you don't know about this stuff , then you are what is called , "Technology Ignorant"

Asshole In Position To Replace Warner

Franklin , Tennessee - BVD News for Franklin Police - with Chief Moore stepping out and away from the police department , Sgt. Warner was unexpectedly promoted upwards and onwards , thus creating a hole with-in the Main chain of command Ho's. So , to replace Warner there is another new asshole , who also happens to be named "Asshole". "After all" , said Warner , "The days of Commander Barnes are way long gone and we need someone NOW."

Asshole will preside over Moore's retirement ceremonies.

BVD : Chief Asshole , I've noticed you are tackling several vacant positions at once here. What's up with that?
Chief Asshole : In the past , these positions warranted maybe 2 hours of manual work per week per person while the city paid out a full 40 hour pay check. By hiring me into combining several positions into one paycheck , the city operates more efficiently while I make more money and by the way , this gives me more power within the department. Look at it this way BVD , it's just good business for me and after all , I am Damn well worth it.

Let's Kill The Damn Thing

Franklin , Tennessee - how many of my readers know that Franklin Police has a cute little toy that will kill your pet while residing in the safety and loving warmth of your home?

Yep , one little ole' shot of radiation and your pet will suffer a lingering , tedious death from radiation poisoning while you watch it slowly die ass your local , friendly neighborhood police department laughs about it.
