Franklin , Tennessee - BVD was on top of his game again by secretly grabbing this exclusive film of Evil Knievel practicing for the Franklin Police Department's grand opening ceremonies for their brand new Headquarters building , aka , their "Monumental Celebration of Arrogance" , located behind their shiny new , Greek Column Park (complete with a walking/bicycle trails) located on Columbia Avenue.
The Franklin Police Department has tried for years to contract entertainment for their opening ceremonies , butt unfortunately , word got around Downtown L.A. about the truth behind Franklin Police and so , no well known actor with any personal hopes of an acting career in the near future would come. Sooo , that left only one person to give a grand performance.
