Franklin , Tennessee - how many people remember the big weed bust several years ago and now somebody has made a cartoon based on it.
There's plenty of truth in this cartoon relating to "Our" Franklin Police Department and although it's not funny to those who take the law seriously , they still keep their mouth shut to this day. I wonder why?
