Franklin , Tennessee - someone who can't read , sent me an angry email about a post they did not like here. They are from another Franklin Police Department in a whole other state , located inside a whole other country. The very first posting in this blog states , this is only about the police department located in Franklin , Tennessee and has nothing to do with other police departments claiming to be Franklin Police.
