The New GPS System

Franklin , Tennessee - it's been reported , that The Franklin Police Department finally let go of some of their Greek Column funds , to allow GPS installation on their patrol cars. It seems the Dispatch Department never knew where their cars were , during shifty work hours and so , to take the guess work out of their shift work , GPS is now being added. " We will now know where all our cars are , at all times , during shifty work or not. " , stated the Franklin Police Dispatch Car Patrol and Watch Departmental Supervisor
