Learning How To "MOP" Up a Situation

The City of Franklin , Tennessee - Kat here , we are all familiar with , " Good Cop Bad Cop ". Here in The City of Franklin Police Department inside Franklin , Tennessee , there's no such thing or even a people/person. To prove this concept , let's do an easy , Math for Police Officers 101 problem , Taylored by Tim Taylor , just for The City of Franklin Police officers.

When a good Franklin Police officer sees/knows a bad/dishonest police officer and looks the other way , you have 2 bad police officers in the department
When a good Franklin Police officer takes action against a bad/dishonest police officer , you have 1 good police officer and 1 less bad/dishonest police officer in the department

This is how simple , police officer math ( or " MOP " for short ) works. Unfortunately for The City of Franklin , Police Officer Math is not required learning for Franklin Police Officers. The explanation given to me was - this is not a required requirement or even necessarily mandatory per Jay Johnson and besides , CALEA hiring requirements and quality of standards states , "FPOs" do not have accountability under National CALEA Accreditation guidelines. So what's the point , ass per political politicians PPODs , meaning , "there's no need , we've got the speed ", to determine who's a good cop/bad cop , in The City of Franklin Police Department.
