Only in The City of Franklin , Tennessee - by AJAX STONE , the one thing Jay Johnson has shown , is the simple fact that having the law in your pocket inside a capitalist country , means the law will be for sale in the name of capitalism. This helps to explain why , " The law only applies to someone and not to everyone ". This type of brain pan hypocrisy will produce a dysfunctional mentality among the troops. Now do you understand why some people get arrested for DUI , while others do not. Now can you try to understand , why the Franklin Police Chief shows up at traffic stops to give some " special " , guilty person , a free ride home , instead of chauffeuring every single one of them to jail in a police car.
Think about this City of Franklin Fun Fact : Jay Johnson does not qualify to be a police officer and yet , he commands the Franklin Police Department. Even though he's out of office , he still has his Lap Dogs in place. Some people have told me I'm talking about a communist country , butt that's how it is , here in Franklin.
