Big Ol' Police Station Can't Keep Up With Crime Wave.
Seems to be a big crime wave here in South Franklin with multiple break-ins overnight.
I'll say it - the Taj Mahal that Come-lately-Elrod was bitching about sure doesn't represent the level of service by the Franklin police.
Maybe they should stay off the damn cell phone.
So you see people , it's not just me saying things about "Our" Franklin Police Department having problems. It's a fact that "We The People" have ignored for way too long. Franklin Police are a problem in themselves that "We" need to deal with.
When people in Poland are making comments about Franklin Police , maybe we should act before the rest of the world starts talking about them. After all , "Our" Franklin Police Department is a reflection of all of "US" Franklinites.
Speaking of the new crime wave , has the ATM from SUNTRUST Bank been found yet? Isn't it interesting how no one talks about that incident any more? I wonder which bank will get hit next for not paying their fair share of protection money? I wonder why there is no award offered for information?
Here they are folks. The car thieves in person. Franklin Police credit the quick arrest to the offer of money for information.
Franklin, TN – Last night just before 10:00 p.m. Franklin Police arrested two suspects involved in a rash of auto burglaries reported over the last two weeks. Tips started pouring in after Wednesday’s release of surveillance photos picturing the suspects using credit cards stolen during some of the burglaries. With help from citizens who recognized the suspects, investigators quickly identified them as 18-year old Nicholas Lawry and 19-year old Tracie Plemons, both of Franklin. Police credit an engaged community, not afraid to get involved, working in conjunction with a Police Department tough on crime and criminals. “These arrests are indicative of the relationship the Police Department enjoys with the community,” said Assistant Police Chief David Rahinsky. “Together we help keep Franklin amongst the safest communities in the South.” Detectives are confident the arrest of these two individuals will clear as many as 20 auto burglary cases.
