Local Police Solve Drought Problem

Franklin , Tennessee - BVD News - ass the 2007 Drought Season continues lingering over the head of this fair city , The Tennessee State Department of Saving Water for Conservation and Not Just For Grass has decreed , "Find water now or else we'll do it for you."

Chief jackie of The Franklin Police Department , stepped up to the mic stating , "No Problem. I've got your umbrella covered and in return , I want my own personal life time position for Alderman on the city's council."

The Chief's plan is simple. Just run a drain pipe from the newly built police station to the city's sewer system and then connect that pipe to the water plant and it's , "Problem solved" , explained the City Manager. "It seems that when the police building was built , the designers failed to install a drain pipe in the underground parking garage AND the underground Recreational Dungeon areas. This over sight occurred only after the building was completed and then it was discovered that these areas tend to flood naturally because the underground garage is "of course" , below the area's natural water table" , he added. "Potentially , there is excess water in sufficient quantities to satisfy the city's water needs for the little people , including the Tennessee Conservative , ah , er , uh Hmm , what's their Fucking name again?" , asked the bewildered Chief before a live mic.

"After all , the police are here to help the city and we really do not need all of that water being presently stored in the underground areas of "My" new office building" , added Sgt. Warner ass he stepped up to the mic for the Chief. "And besides that , despite all of the rumors , the underground garage area really is too small for Wakeboarding."

Mayor Jay Johnson , owner and proprietor of the Franklin Police Department agreed with the Chief's terms adding , "Don't worry , there will always be water for "Our" grass" Heh , heh , heh. "We only grow enough good stuff for our needs." , stated Johnson while adding , "Our grass helps keep Franklin "GREEN" , heh , heh , heh
