Here is an article I wrote last year about Franklin Police pushing CRIME REPORTS ass a tool to use in fighting crime. Today , this does not work because of too many Crime and Harassment Reports being dealt with in the River View area. The stats have overwhelmed the system and I'm not kidding.
Franklin , Tennessee - I've said it too many times to too many people. Franklin Police are not known for their honesty. Do you see anything wrong with this map? If not , then look again.
Do you notice something missing? Like Riverview Subdivision for example? Now why would Franklin Police leave out Riverview , I wonder? Hmmmmm.

Here's a short history of crime in the Riverview area that Franklin Police do not want you to know:
The 3 Elam brothers alone , did several hundred acts of theft , burglary and vandalism. Finally , one dark night , they turned out all the lights in their house and loaded up the moving vans. Afterwards , Franklin Police decided to move in upon seeing it was a target rich environment and during a 3 year period , the neighborhood had several hundred more acts of theft , burglary and vandalism and all the while Franklin Police were laughing. Think about it. Who would have thought that the very people who have sworn an oath to protect "US" would be the very same people stealing from "US"
There you have it boys and girls. Franklin Police are deliberately filtering and omitting pertinent information from "US". Afterall , how do you report this amount of lawlessness while being in possession of a 36 million dollar facility that no one needs? Do you remember Sgt. Warner telling "US" all , that we are now safer because of it. For some reason , I just don't feel the Love.
So , ass you can see , Franklin Police have a lot to hide and since they are in charge of the paper work , it's easy for them to hide/filter their own criminal activity. Their activity in Riverview also helps explain why Franklin Police alone maintain the burglar alarm permits for this city. Heh heh heh. Are you seeing a picture yet?
Armed with this information , I know this will help new comers decide whether or not , this is "The Hood" for them.
Also , keep in mind , Riverview homes are tax assessed @ 255% of their actual worthless value and the residents are pleased to be so privileged , with paying both , city and county taxes butt , do not receive the services. Only "Our" politicians get to decide what services you have paid for or not , regardless.
Note: After posting this , Franklin Police have now added Riverview. Upon looking at the stats , you would not think that Riverview was such a safe place for the criminal minded. It's obvious the citizens living in Riverview are not getting their 36 million dollar$ worth of being "safer"
Another note: homes in Riverview are assessed @ 255% of their actual value to help bring them up to moore wealthier tax standards. This way , the poor people don't feel so poor.
