Probably Much More Important Thing To Do

Franklin , Tennessee - there have been questions about the meaning of the words , "probably much more important things to do"

Butt? Hmmm. Just what did Franklin DA Helper mean by saying such words of wisdom?

Just what does it mean? I mean like really , what does all this really mean?

Well , after asking around the court house , I discovered that no one behind those legal Greek Columns had a clue or even really knew for sure just what I'm talking about , butt , people did say , "Have you checked in the other office?" , while their eyes looked about for something much more important to do.

So , I went on "walk about" about Downtown Franklin and found an example:

Meet Raz who is a cat. (are you sure you really didn't need me to tell you that up front) He needs help finding a squirrel. This is very much important to him. Can you please help him find the squirrel?

Franklin Police See Justice Served

Franklin , Tennessee - the YouTube Wakeboarding stars were in court last Tuesday and Judge Nations was in the mood for pizza again and ordered these "Stars" to pay up 50$ plus court fines and be quick about it.

Both received probation and their record would be expunged if they did not Wakeboard inside the city limits for the next 6 months.

District Attorney Kim Helper stated , "The officers were doing their job and had to be away from things that were probably much more important"

Kat: Uh , Jerry? What does it mean , "The Officers probably had much more important things to do? "
Jerry: Well Kat , keep in mind , this is The City of Franklin and routinely speaking , our police officers are called out from the comfort of their Crib , to shoot bank robbers , save a Damsel in distress and rescue some 16 year old from their virginity
Kat: Sooooo , these police officers were pretty much bored with themselves?
Jerry: Yep
Kat: Are these the same police officers , who harass people that Jay Johnson does not like
Jerry: Probably. That is unless JJ has something probably much more important for them to do.

For the benefit of those who have not seen these criminals in action , enjoy

Note: Our District Attorney Kim Helper knows that "Our" Franklin Police officers routinely lie in court

Another Note: In the spirit of "Our" Franklin Police , I finally got to talk with ( I said I would not use their name in here) about why they removed their video and it's because it shows the arresting officers had nothing better/important to do at the time. Their radio is clearly heard in the video and now you also know why Franklin Police went under ground with their communications. It has nothing to do with fighting crime. That's right folks , nothing. The real problem here is Franklin Police are just plain bored with themselves and that is the real reason ass to why those people were arrested. The police just needed something probably much more important to do with themselves besides masturbating in their cars (again) while watching the flood water flow on by

The Taj Mega-Hall Built By Jay Johnson

Franklin , Tennessee - Franklinites are still kicking themselves numb in the ass and asking , "Why?" and they kick some more and still again , they keep asking , "Why? Why? Oh why? What have I done?"

Why does Franklin Police have such a grand "Taj Mahal" like building with 12,000 sg. ft. of glorious space it does not need? Why?

The answer to this question is very easy to answer. You see , Jay Johnson needed this building with all of it's space. Yes , I'm talking about the same Jay Johnson who got fired several years ago. So , now you're wondering , how did Jay Johnson get such a building approved in the first place?

The answer to this question is also very easy to answer. Again , you see , Jay Johnson also knew what President Bush knew. "WE THE PEOPLE" will not govern ourselves. It's the responsibility of "WE THE PEOPLE" to govern our government , butt , WE just won't do it. In fact , We refuse to do it. Therefore , our government is governing the government for "WE THE PEOPLE" and that's where Jay Johnson comes into our picture.

While Jay Johnson was this city's administrator , he had his grubby , sticky assed fingers into every facet of Franklin's government , including taking over and running "Our" Franklin Police Department.

Now don't get me wrong here , to get "his" Taj Mega-Hall built , Jay Johnson did jump thru all of the hoops , including holding public forums. During the process of acquiring building funds , acquiring the land and getting the blue prints approved , not once did "WE THE PEOPLE" say the "NO" word. In fact , no one even spoke up against it. Not one Franklinite stood up during the whole Damn process. The simple fact is , Jay Johnson was governing Franklin's government , not "WE THE PEOPLE" and that's how Jay Johnson got his "Taj Mega-Hall" built.

That's how it happened. That's how it came to be. Now , do you understand why America's government acts the way it does? "WE THE PEOPLE" do not govern ourselves. The government governs "US" , just like Jay Johnson once did for "US" , here in The City of Franklin

And now you know why.

Note: I have not heard Jay Johnson step forward and give one word of thanks , not ONE WORD , to any of "US" Citizens of Franklin for allowing him into our kind and generous and open wallets , purses and pockets , for making his Taj Mega-Hall possible.

The Bucks Are Over Here

Franklin , Tennessee - how come Franklin Police appear to be rolling in money while other city departments are scrapping up scraps , just to get by?

Let's do some simple math here , shall we?

Franklin Police have a new building with 12,000 sg. ft. they don't use. This area gets air conditioned just the same ass the rest of the building. Why do they need all of this space?

Meanwhile , Franklin KoolAid tells US , Franklin Police are spending 50,000 dollars on bullets every year , that they don't use. Why do they need all of this ammo?

(remember , Franklin Police went from 600 dollars to 50,000 dollars a year for ammo expenses)

OKay , let's do the math now - 50,000 dollars of bullets they don't use plus 12,000 sg. ft. of unused space equals Franklin Police are stock piling bullets.

This is your math lesson for the day. I'll let you figure out the rest on your own.

Did You Tip411

Franklin , Tennessee - on June the 7th , I wrote an article about being a Snitch for texting Franklin Police and in today's paper , is an article that pretty much disputes my information.

Sooo , I sent this article to the person , who gave me the information to begin with - here's their reply:

"Jerry , since when has Franklin Police told the truth about anything? I can assure you , if someone texts a message like , "BOMB FPD CRIB" , Franklin Police are going to be all over it in addition to being on their way to talk with the person who sent that message. "

Any more questions?

Stolen ATM Machine

Franklin , Tennessee - Yes folks , someone used a stolen fork lift to steal the ATM from the SUNTRUST Bank on 96.

I hope your money wasn't in it at the time.

The fork lift came from a construction site 2 miles away and Franklin Police need your help with this case. You'll find them still talking about it , inside their comfortable pool room/bar and grill , at their new Crib on Columbia Ave

Kat: Hey Jerry , is'nt it kinda strange about the increase in the theiving crime action going on these days
Jerry: It's not strange to me. They've only got 12,000 sq. ft. of Kiddie Porn Library space to straighten out before Jay Johnson gets back to town. It's their big "Surprise" for him.
Kat: Well won't that be a party
Jerry: I would'nt know. I'm not going to be there.

Did You Know -

Franklin , Tennessee - there's been an increase in the local criminal activity now that Franklin Police officers have a place to rest and relax after having to do without for so many years.

One officer was over heard saying , "So many pool games , so little time."

Police Investigating Eight Auto Burglaries on City’s Eastern Side
Valuables Were Left in Unattended and Unlocked Vehicles
Posted Date: 6/8/2010 1:00 PM
FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE
Officer Eric C. Johnson
Public Information Officer

ejohnson@franklintn.gov

Franklin, TN – Over the last three weeks, eight auto burglaries have been reported to the Franklin Police. The burglaries have taken place in the Forrest Crossing and Riverview Subdivisions. In each case, the vehicle entered by the suspect was left unlocked. A wide variety of items were stolen, including a watch, GPS units, IPods, laptops, and other electronic equipment.

The Franklin Police Department would like to remind residents that they can greatly reduce their chances of being the victim of an auto burglary, even in a safe community, by simply locking their car doors, keeping windows rolled up when the vehicle is unattended, and not leaving valuables in parked cars. Taking GPS units and satellite radios off of the dash, and not leaving purses, briefcases or laptop cases in plain view all make your car less attractive to criminals.

Anyone with information on suspicious vehicles or persons seen in the Forrest Crossing or Riverview subdivisions can report that information by calling Franklin Police at (615) 794-2513. You can also send an anonymous tip to Franklin Police by texting the keyword 615FPD, along with your message to 847411.

You know what? With Detective Black cruising the River View area so much , surely he would have noticed someone out of place by now. Hmmmmmm , , , ,

Are You A Snitch ?

Franklin , Tennessee - This blogging post targets Franklin young people - Did you know that Franklin Police are using a system , that allows you to send an anonymous text message about a crime? Did the police also tell you it's anonymous? Let's take a look at your anonymous text message , shall we?

Sent text message : "gun seen locker 129 FHS"

The police receive your text message. There's a time stamp on it along with your cell phone number. Did you know , there's a law requiring all communication carriers to give law enforcement a back door to their data files? Did you also know , there is a cellphone phone book? By using your phone number , they can look up the owner and address of the cell phone who sent them a text message. And , did you also know , your cell phone has it's very own GPS system? Now the police know you were in the 3rd stall in the girls bathroom at the main entrance to your High School when you texted them the anonymous message. Did you also know , with this information , the police will create a file on you for future purposes? Yes , they will keep up with this and many other importantly insignificant pieces of information about you ass well.

It can get pretty interesting , ass to how many ways there are to see that you "Snitched". Take a look at your cell phone , does it have a "call log" ? Do you lend your phone to your friends? Do they look over your "call log" ? Do you friends work under cover for the police? You'd be surprised how many teenagers work for Franklin Police

Meanwhile , Franklin Police are busy creating/updating their files on people like you. Criminal activity is not a prerequisite to be entered into their filing system. Yes , the word "Snitch" is a very useful word while searching around inside their data banks.

Well , now that you know all about this. Are you a "Snitch" ? The police know and now you know how they know , that you "Snitched" for them. They lied to you did'nt they? Hmmm. For all you may know , that weapon was deliberately planted in that locker so they could fish for "Snitches" and now they've got what they want. "YOU"

The following is from 2 sources on the internet about texting "Our Franklin Police Department". All I've done here is tell you what they won't tell you. Franklin Police were given an award for this even though they stole the idea from another agency. It took money and politics to get their award.

If you have a police tip simply send a text message to TIP-411 to begin an anonymous conversation with police.

"For example 'I saw a gun in locker 122 today', that is something that would be potentially appropriate to send in as a message," said Sgt. Charles Warner with the Franklin Police Department.

Police also wanted to get the word out that any text police receive will be anonymous.

"Youth don't want to be labeled as 'snitches', that's a word that's commonly used amongst kids, they don't want to be retaliated against and they're fearful of that," Sgt. Warner continued.

Students said they'd be a lot more include to "text rather than call."

Senior Michael Lynch said he plans to get the word out via the school's TV news program, and says once kids know they can text anonymously, TIP-411 will be a staple in everyone's phone book.

"I think this new system should be able to eliminate the whole finding out who's the snitch problem," he said. "I'll be adding that to my phone just in case an emergency ever pops up, I'll use the system if need be."

The police department is the first in the state to launch a text message tip program.

Franklin, TN – The Franklin Police Department recently received the Award for Excellence in ‘Media Event’ for the media event held to roll out its anonymous text tip program on 03/11/2009. The award was announced on 05/17/2010 at The National Association of Government Communicators (NAGC) banquet held in Bethesda, Maryland as part of their Blue Pencil and Gold Screen Awards Competition. The competition salutes superior communications efforts of government agencies and recognizes people who create them. The Franklin Police Department’s presentation to students at Franklin High School was one of 29 winning entries by a county or city government agency. The Franklin Police Department was one of only two police agencies in the country that received an award at the ceremony. “It is a distinct honor to win a national award such as this,” said Chief of Police Jackie Moore. “I am very proud of Sergeant Charles Warner who has helped make this program a success in our community.”

In March of 2009, the Franklin Police Department began receiving anonymous tips in the form of text messages. The program allows anyone with a cell phone to text tips to the Franklin Police Department anonymously. Part of the Department’s initiative was to encourage the community’s young people, especially students in schools, to report information about criminal activity in a very proactive way while having the opportunity to remain anonymous. The Franklin Police Department was the first law enforcement agency in Tennessee to offer this system.

To send an anonymous tip to Franklin Police, text the keyword 615FPD, along with your message to 847411 (Tip411).

Franklin Police Hire New "Go2" Guy

Franklin , Tennessee , Kat here - Franklin Police have got themselves a newly hired "Go2" guy. Do you have a complaint about a police officer ? He's "THE ONE" and only person to "Go2". Do you have a complaint about someone in the police department selling you sub standard grass ? Here's the person to "Go2". Has a police officer stolen something of yours and the detective department refuses to detect him ? This is your "Go2" guy. Is a police officer stalking your underage daughter or did you see that other ridiculously happy police officer , masturbating again behind those mighty new Greek columns at the Downtown Center For Downtown Justice? Here's your "Go2" guy to go tell it too.

It was difficult to track this guy down since no one knows his name. His office in the new building isn't set up yet , he has no phone or even mail service , butt , he is on the city's payroll. Finally , I found "Go2" using the phone in someone else's office and I asked him what the problem was around here and hear for yourself , are his ownly words to the only answer he gave me , despite my many new questions. He wouldn't say anything more.

Another Blogging Survey

Franklin , Tennessee - I got a suggestion to do another Franklin Police survey. And this time , make it a simple one. You know , a survey so simple , people won't need their fingers to count how much money they made last year.

So , after excessively exhausting , the qualitative marketing research available , in finding just the right survey to question , it has been decided that this survey will have only one question , just one question and not one more.

DO YOU LIKE FRANKLIN POLICE

YES

NO

I mean like , do you REALLY REALLY like Franklin Police

YES

NO

Of course , to keep everything above board , I'll continue with the present survey , just in case someone failed to add their fingers to the pile.

And of course again , your comments are important to me and this will be the place to say how and what you feel. Soo , without further a'deu , here it is , just for you

Enjoy

Currently:

YES = 163
NO = 459

Note : this was updated today. There are more votes to count and the number continues to rise after the building celebration

Getting It Cheap

Franklin , Tennessee - Nashville is so blessed for having Ms. Cheap pass along a few everyday tips to help US get things "cheap".
After reading this article in THE TENNESSEAN , BVD went down to Uptown Franklin Business District , to interview Franklin's very own and only one , Franklin Police Departmental Detective , Mr. Black (who's busy working overtime fighting crime for you 'n me and the rest of US) and right here , for the very first time in print , BVD tells US about a little known system , used within the Franklin Police Department for getting things "cheap"

Have you ever looked at a Franklin Police officer lately? I mean really look 'em over , from head to toe. The first thing you notice is their utility belt. Just look at all of those wonderful toys hanging around their waste , would ya. How do they do it? Just how do they find the money to pay for all of that wonderful stuff? I mean really , after all , US taxpaying people are told , that our Franklin Police officers are some of the lowest paid professionals on the planet. And then we get told they are strapped for operating funds. Sooo , how do they do it? Just where does all of that money come from? What's their little secret? Let's read on , shall we?

Do you really think , that during a traffic stop , the police are just looking for guns and illegal drugs during a search? Did you notice things were missing after they are gone? Were you afraid to speak up afterwards or did you just file a complaint and hope for the best? (have you ever taken time out to fill out their questionaire survey)

Have you noticed there are 2 Franklin Police officers together show up to investigate a crime , butt , only one person seems to show interest while the second person is looking at stuff not relevant to the case?

Have you noticed how one officer will talk his head off while the other officer walks away and keeps his back to you?

Have you noticed an officer writing a lot of notes and then you peek at his paper and there's nothing on it?

Do you really think , it's just a rumor that Franklin Police steal stuff from people's homes? You know what I'm talking about. Your next door neighbor has even mentioned this. You both know it was them , butt , you don't have the proof?

Sooooooooo , how do they do it?

What's their little secret?

Well my friends , Franklin Police use a little known system called the "3/5 Discount". It's so easy to learn and so easy to use and it's so easy to utilize on the job , that a common FSSD third grader can even learn how to do it and use it for themselves. It's just a simple 3-count procedure really and here's how it's done - the officer sees it , the officer places five fingers on it , the officer takes it away. One , two , three , it's that EAZ-EE.

So you see , we can learn a thing or two from "Our" Franklin Police Department , about getting things "cheap"

Kat: Hey Jerry , I was wondering something
Jerry: What's that , Kat?
Kat: Does this 3/5 system qualify ass being too cheap for Ms. Cheap?
Jerry: I dunno butt I'll bet cha Ms. Cheap is a more honest person than some people I've talked about around here
