Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee - I've told you about Franklin Police connections with Vanderbilt , butt , now I'll tell you about Vanderbilt. Did you know that Tenured Faculty are allowed to steal anything and everything they want? Doesn't matter who the property belongs too , they can steal and nothing will happen.

There's one professor in particular whom I know quite well. He came to Vanderbilt saying he had all kinds of research money in waiting for him to procure an area to perform his research. That's right boys and girls. All he needed was a place to do research. The university where he presently was would not and did not accommodate him because he was full of Shit and no one wanted to smell it. No , I'm not making this up. So he told a bunch of lies and got his Tenure transferred to Vanderbilt.

Upon arrival , he did not waste any time to start stealing whatever he could get his hands on. He even stole student equipment and put his own name on it. He even used department money to ship stuff to his friends in other states. There was nothing beyond his reach. Meanwhile , he had stolen some items that were on inventory. And of course , he had so much money to spend on his research that he even took the department's budget and the student's lab fees and he even took the Chairman's office. What to do , what to do. I mean this guy just took it all. Finally people were talking about all of the stuff that was missing. Surely there must be a thief amongst them.

So this is what happened , to cover his ass , the professor told Vanderbilt Police that he knew of an employee stealing stuff from the department. And so Vanderbilt went to work setting up their equipment to watch this employee steal all this stuff that he wasn't stealing. Ass stupid ass it sounds , a faculty member can steal all they want too butt if you are an employee , you get the blame for anything found stolen regardless if you stole it or not.

Franklin , Tennessee - do you know why Chief Jackie Moore suddenly quit his job? If not then read on. Granted this guy talks a little extreme but as you read on you learn this stuff has been used on him , so he knows what he's talking about. Franklin Police also has these toys and are presently using them and yes it is a really BIG human rights violation Butt "Our" Franklin Police Department doesn't care.

Keep in mind the District Attorney Kim Helper also knows what's going on and she looks the other way. She has too because there are too many people standing in line to replace her at a moments notice should she screw up something.

It's also interesting to note that even Vanderbilt University is involved in violating human rights by their being involved with the useage of this technology..

Chief Moore quit because he was concerned the public might learn about this on his watch and so he just up and quit. Now you know.

Meanwhile , for anyone who thinks I'm making this up , I can show you 2 houses this equipment is set up and in use.

Another note: This technology comes from Nazi Germany and they used the Jews for testing it. It's interesting that right here in Franklin , there are Johova's Witnesses who don't have a problem with it being used. Go figure that one out.

Franklin , Tennessee - I've told you about Franklin Police spending gobs of money to harass people. Have you ever wondered where all that money comes from?

Besides receiving donations from people wanting a piece of the law , they also make friends with other entities like Vanderbilt University and State Farm Insurance. Both are Billion Dollar Monsters.

Check this out-Vanderbilt has so much money on hand they don't know what to do with it all. There really is a room containing various piles of ca$h money. There's a small desk and one person sits with the money at all times. Every dollar is accounted for. There are 2 particular piles of money that every bill is a Silver Certificate. No one is allowed to touch those and Vanderbilt won't spend them. I know about this place because a person who likes to brag took me along with him to get some money for "something". Upon going through the door , you smell a strong musky ink odor with a person sitting at the desk smiling towards you. After telling him why you are there , he looks into a log book to see which pile of money to take from. Everything is carefully counted and out the door you go with ca$h in hand. So now you know about 2 of Franklin Police little friends.

Look , you would be amazed at the amount of money Vanderbilt is required to spend every year and I do mean spend. If they don't spend it , they have to give it back and/or face severe taxing penalties. So , by having a money room , they can produce documents that state the money was spent while it actually sits in a room waiting to be spent on something else , like harassment for example.

If my information is correct , I've got a count of over $700,000 that Franklin has spent on harassment alone. Look , if they can get $64 million dollars for a headquarters building they don't need , then what's $700,000 just for harassment?

I have watched the police add on to a house , repair another house , buy a house , mow yards and they even do driveways. And "US" lucky taxpayers get to pay for it all.

Pay Grade #8 Murder

Franklin , Tennessee - The Pentagon has told US all that their Active Denial Systems will not harm anyone. Did you know this thing can kill? It's microwave technology from the Nazis of World War II.

Franklin Police have committed murdered and because they are the police , they covered it up to make it look like a suicide. Think about this for a moment. Covering up a murder is not a difficult thing to do if you are the police , right? I mean like -who does such an investigation? Who does the paperwork? Who controls the scene? Do you understand what I'm telling you now?

For those who think I'm making this up , Sargent Ticonderoga Hat knows I've told the truth here. That's right boys and girls , Franklin Police murdered Justin Nickles and I want to thank the nice Sargent for giving me his thoughts.

Why was he killed? The police had a new toy and wanted to see what it would do. They did their profile thing and he got chosen. Isn't it nice to know the people of Franklin are nothing more than a disposable commodity in "Our" community?

And yes I have mentioned this to both the TBI and the District Attorney and of course , neither gives a Rats Ass as usual. Ah ha , another murder , so like , what else is new , eh?

A False Pretense

Franklin , Tennessee - just what exactly does it take to become a Franklin Police officer? Simply put , you must be able to put on a false pretense of upholding the law.

Let me share my recent experience with Franklin Police. I had called them to complain about being harassed by a microwave emitter. They put on their best act telling me there was nothing they could do and decided to take me to the hospital because they were concerned about my pain in the upper quadrant that was causing me difficulty to breathe.

Sargent Ticonderoga Hat knew about my spinal injury and told Officer Baines to drive like a maniac on the side of the road and hit every bump there was. While I was going down in pain I saw the speedometer at 70mph. He finally stopped and called for an ambulance to pick me up. Outside the car , Baines and the Sargent were laughing about what they had done.

Think about it. A Franklin Police officer must be ready and be able at all times to cause harm when ordered to do so.

Upon arrival , the ambulance crew joined the police in laughing hysterically at my situation. They were not easy placing me on the gurney and they were still laughing while they slammed it into the unit. Makes ya wonder what kind of an ambulance service Chris Fielder is running doesn't it? Would you like to be made fun of because you have a spinal injury?

This is what we have for a Franklin Police Department. This is what we have for an ambulance service. This is Franklin , Tennessee for what it really is. This is the truth the people have for a town to live in. It's no wonder people whisper while talking about the police in such negative manners. The actions of Franklin Police has earned them such respect that people are actually afraid of them while District Attorney Kim Helper acts like their lap dog.

With the police behaving like this , do you really think the blog called , "Drinking The Franklin Koolaid" deleted itself because there were no more topics to talk about? I think the police got to him with their harassment techniques and the blogger ran away. Just like the first Koolaid blogger who moved out of the state.

Meanwhile , in the past , I've had talks with Tim Taylor , Lt. CID who stated that the law was all a false pretense. Even Franklin favorite DUI lawyer , Don Young told me this town's law was a false pretense.

So , what more do you need to know about what it takes to be a Franklin Police officer?

What Is Their Problem?

Franklin , Tennessee - many of us living in The City of Franklin have noticed how poorly "Our" police treat people and the same question always arises. WHY?

Well people , it's like this - America's politicians have heard the word about a massive Armageddon or some kind of Apocalyptic activity is coming around the corner , like 2012 for example.

Maps have already been passed around and it looks like America alone will lose about 40% of her continental land mass.

California is a goner for sure along with the Rockies and that's a lot of real estate to lose without a war being involved. The remaining land masses will no doubt also be affected and that's where the law comes in. You should expect a national emergency will be put into place and the police will be given total power over the people to keep the peace since it's a sure bet there won't be enough food to go around and that means possible rioting. And yes , the police will have plenty to eat since they will be our NEW Government (with guns) for a long time to come. Historically speaking , any and all Governments have always come first while the people suffer.

People just don't realize the changes that will come when the future hits the fan and I can assure you , it won't be pretty. Those people who think they are friends with the police are in for a sore surprise and I'm sorry to be the one telling you this and yes I do know you are not listening to me.

To answer the question , "why?" , it's because they are getting you warmed up , for harder times are a coming. When you see California go glug glug glug along with a few gurgle, gurgle , gurgles then and ONLY THEN will you understand what I'm trying to tell you. And then you will understand why Franklin Police treat people so poorly. They are just warming up for the fun times ahead when "Martial Law" goes into effect.

I've spoken with both the TBI and the District Attorney about this and neither gives a Rats Ass. It seems the DA is more concerned about Wake Boarders having harmless fun than the police harming a child.

Meanwhile , the DA had the chance to see up close and personal an Active Denial System in operation butt she chose not to. Afterall , "It isn't happening." she said. I'm not making this up people. Go ask her for yourself and see if she lies to you.

Mr. Horne , I remember reading in the Kool Aid Blog a post where a person said with so much money running through the police department you could not help the feeling of suspicion they were for sale. There's something wrong here.

It's Happening Right Now

Franklin , Tennessee - how many people know , that "Our" Franklin Police Department is chomping down on the bit so hard from all the negativity they've created for themselves , they can no longer stand their own stench , much less look at each other. Butt what to do? That is the question. Well , it just so happens they are doing everything possible to coerce someone to commit murder and/or perhaps something more gruesomely awesomely better?

Here they have all of those nice (very expensive) , shiny new toys (very expensive) and no dead bodies of their own to play with on their unused autopsy tables (expensive) in their shiny new Crime Lab (very expensive) to show off to the news media. (Later of course , the police will carve off the special pieces from the corpse , to mount on their walls at home. Did you know , other police agencies in this country allow shooters to do these kind of things?)

Right now Franklin Police don't care who gets hurt , killed or what ever. They just want a nasty , bloody Fucking kill (or more) so they can justify the cost of their new headquarters building (very expensive). Yes , "Our" police department desperately wants to be "Our" Franklin hometown heroes , just like The City of Brentwood has theirs. To be coercing someone to commit a murder , shows just how desperate their feelings really are smarting at the moment. I'm not kidding people , Franklin Police are tired of other cities getting all the "Glory" on CNN while Franklin's Police Department sits outside , shivering in the cold beneath the shadow of Brentwood's Police Department..

Imagine a Halloween like , gruesome , bloody assed murder , being committed , right here in Franklin. Think about it. (I'm getting goose bumps just from writing this) Our City of Franklin has never had a really nasty event (in the last twenty years or so and that one was deliberately kept low on the radar because it involved the family member of a Franklin Police officer) and now they are doing whatever they can to have it their own way and they know , when such an event happens (they hope they hope they hope) that "We The People" will want to spend even more million$ of taxing dollar$ on stuff they don't really need right now , like another 50,000 dollar$ worth of bullets and a ticker tape parade down $treet $cam $treet to celebrate "Our" Hometown Heroes. (didn't they just change their shifts because of budget shortages? why not put that 50,000 dollar$ towards hiring another officer or apply it to the budget shortages? Oh what the Bloody Fucking Hell , why not give Franklin Police a Chri$tma$ of their own , everyday of the year? Their tree can light up Street Scape during the night hours. How's that for tourism dollar$ ? )

Meanwhile , just think about all of the publicity news of such an event being caught on CNN ass Franklin's SWAT team climbs the Confederate Monument on The Square , to raise the American flag ass The Star Spangled Banner is played by the Centennial High School Band. Just think of all of the news reporters coming to town , to tour their nice , shiny new facilities and getting a glimpse of the corpses while reporting on a gruesome murder(s) striking this quiet , little ole small town of Franklin. Think of the tourism dollar$ this would bring in. Why something like this would put Franklin on the international circuit which would require "Us" to expand our community airport facilities. (is this really how we want our town to be viewed upon around the world on CNN?)

This is just another example of "Our" Franklin Police Department abusing their police powers (and not giving a Damn about it)

Note: It's interesting how Franklin Police ignore the fact , that they are responsible for the negative image they make for themselves by the way they treat the people of their town.

Another Note: Franklin Police are presently , the only suspects behind one really gruesomely bloody murder that occurred in Nashville about 4 years ago butt Metro is covering for them

Franklin , Tennessee - I've told you about Franklin Police having money to buy and rent property. Now I'm telling you about them having money to spend on home remodeling.

What would you like to have done to your home? How about a new kitchen? A new concrete driveway? How about a new room extension with a garage , complete with a backyard swimming pool? How about a new roof , you would like a new roof wouldn't you? How about the grand prize of all , your very own "Man Cave". Franklin Police has the budget to accommodate at no cost to you.

It's no problem really. All you have to do is sell your Soul to the police and it's a done deal. It's that easy.

And "No" , I'm not making it up. It's amazing how "Our" police department wants not nor needs not. They just say what they want and they get it their way. You would think this city was Burger King.
