This remark does make sense. After all America has drifted away from God and in the process we have become decadent in our nature. Just look at what Franklin Police are doing these days. They do not recognize the CONSTITUTION or even Human Rights.

Now , if you think that's bad , just look at how many people got screwed over on similar problems and it was deliberately intentional that there was no way to fix the offense. That's how difficult it is doing business in this town. Remember the Ferris Wheel that didn't come to town? Butt isn't it interesting how nothing was amiss in building the new police station. The Future Use of Microwave Technology

Franklin , Tennessee - Franklin Police have been very successful using their microwave toys to remove those people who speak out against Franklin government and how it spends tax dollars on $treet $cape and other niceties. So the question now is: How will this toy be used in the near future? The next target of course are the low income people. The City of Franklin is an upscale development in the making and low income people tend to drag down land values because they cant pay Franklin's high standard of taxation while being unable to afford BMWs.

For the time being retired people will be left alone as long as they remain out of sight and out of mind. Franklin is privileged to have several planed retirement communities to put this class of people in. Of course Franklin government can change its mind at any time about how to deal with any person not measuring up to its economic standards and that policy does include the elderly and others on a fixed income .

In the meantime residential taxes will continue to rise in a separate effort to root out those who are unable to afford to live in Franklin while land values escalate with present future planning needs to place Franklin at the top of the luxury list of desirable places to live here in the South.
As with any blockage to Franklin efforts to move upscale , these microwave toys will be used to remove those responsible.

It is a recognized fact that The State of Tennessee has other more appropriate places for the poorer classes of people to live so ass to not embarrass "Our" more effluent Franklinites.

2. - An infant has been tortured from the time of his birth , to the first 2 years of his life. Mr. Black knows the people doing this and will not arrest them. (what could a new born baby have done to piss someone off to make them want to torture him?)
3. - A ham radio sustained 300 dollars damage from vandals. This radio was to be used for emergency communications for the local communities. Detective Black personally knows the person who did this and will not arrest him. This radio could not be used for recent hurricane in the gulf.
4. - A supply of emergency medical equipment and supplies was stolen from a local community. This equipment was to be used by the community in the event of an emergency , like a tornado for example. Detective Black personally knows the person who did this and will not arrest him.
5. - A vintage car sustained 2,000 dollars of damage , from deliberate vandalism. Detective Black knows the person who did this and will not arrest him.
6. - The front storm glass door was deliberately busted at a private residence by a person , whom Detective Black knows very well. Mr. Black refuses to arrest him.
7. - A computer was vandalized by a person , whom Detective Black also happens to know very well. Mr. Black refuses to arrest him.
8. - Detective Black has been observed , lying to his fellow police officers , on more than one occasion.
9. - Detective Black instigated the torture of a prisoner in irons by 4 Franklin Police officers.

Why Such A BIG ASS Building

Franklin , Tennessee - people were talking last night about why Franklin Police need such a large building that they can not use or need. Well , when "IT" happens , they will need every bit of that space for their creature comforts while the rest of "US" get by any way we can.

He acts like he knows about Franklin Police and how they treat people. He also knows about their scare tactics and their eager willingness to harass anyone they don't like. AND , he does know , they always get away with it , for some unlawful reason. I guess it's something like being a politician (you know) being above the law and all.

I've got his emails right here and it's interesting how he knows , about Franklin Police officers telling lies in the courtroom. Yep , he's one more person to put on the list , stating these people are liars. Plain and simple.

Something else of interest I noticed , while reviewing his emails is : ass he calls Franklin Police liars , he too is a liar. Yes , really. Hmmm , I guess it takes one to know one.


So , if you think you have a case against Franklin Police and you decide to contact Steve Anderson , I'm telling you right now , you're wasting your time. Ass for Keith , he already knows Franklin Police will lie in court and he knows their lies are accepted ass the Gospel Truth. Therefore , he too is'nt very interested in anything you've got. Regardless of the physical harm they've committed or violations to a person's Civil Rights. After all , torturing a prisoner in irons is CALEA approved and sanctioned.

Anybody thinking I'm making this up , go ask him. Don't take my word for it. Go and ask him. I've saved his emails and I haven't decided whether or not to share them with you at this time.

CALEA

Franklin , Tennessee - over the years , CALEA requires Franklin Police to hold town meetings with the public , to take in comments about the department and how they are doing , in the eyes of Franklin citizens.

Over the years , Franklin Police have been very careful about "who" gets into these meetings. The police do not give much notice of when or even where these meetings will be held. Franklin Police have even gone to the Nashville airport , to hold these "in town" meetings , for the purpose of keeping the citizens of Franklin , aka the "little people" , out of their way.

Over the years , Franklin Police have made special invitations to those educated , police family members , who are well articulated in peculiarly special Bullshit , which satisfies CALEA accreditation requirements.

For those who do not know , this years meeting with CALEA was just last week. Franklin Police deliberately did not put the word out to the general public until late in the day of the meeting , to avoid having someone show up , who would say something truthful about the department.

Ass Franklin Police Detective Black has so obtusely demonstrated , truth is the ONE thing , they will not tolerate being told , period.

Getting On The Band Wagon

Franklin , Tennessee - it's interesting at the toys Franklin Police have these days while the Sheriff's department doesn't have a clue about any of them. The police are under no obligation to tell the Sheriff anything about them which is also interesting.

Ass word gets around under the table , no doubt the non-CALEA agencies will get on the stick and get that accreditation when they learn about the microwave rifles that are now in sufficient quantities to pass out. The only reason why they are not in use at this time is because not everyone is CALEA and under President Bush's agenda , that's an important requirement.

So , it's just a matter of time before everyone gets on the band wagon. Currently , the Williamson County Sheriff's Department is unaware of what Franklin Police have. Maybe I should have a word with Sheriff Long and bring him up to speed and perhaps welcome him into 2011 before it's all gone. At one point the department was working on becoming CALEA butt it's so Damn expensive , they couldn't afford it.

Well of course he's concerned. America has gotten away from God to the point it's no longer a good country to live in. We no longer have anyone to run for president whom we can count on. Our politicians are corrupt ass well ass "Our" own police department.

Summer Time Tips

The City of Franklin , Tennessee - summer time means vacation time and that means , being away from home time and that translates into burglar time and so , now it's time to mention our very own and highly beloved , Franklin Police Department , who love getting freebie presents more than doing their job. To them , it doesn't matter if they get their usual 5 finger discount or if they just take the Damn thing , whichever comes first and that does include breaking into someone's home , if that's the only way to get it in hand.
I'm sorry to be the one to tell you this folks , butt , when you leave your home , you need to be creative with your home security. Why ? Because only those who have kept up their monthly payments with the local FOP will receive ( if any ) help from the police , should your home get broken into.
It is true , Franklin Police break into homes , for what ever reason they feel like and you need to take care of things on your own. DON'T expect your neighbors to be of any help. The police already know , that on average , 99.3% of all Franklinites are gullible and/or can be bought , bribed and even threatened. Soooo , like I've said , you are on your own , therefore , you need to be creative with your home security when ever you are away. Why so secretive ? Why so creative , you ask and ask again ? Because it doesn't bother the police when they break your door lock or the window latches or even shoot the dog , to get in.
Home security is everyone's own individual Damn business. Be creative and DON'T tell your neighbors what you've done because they just might tell someone and that someone probably wants inside your home , which explains why they are talking about it behind your back ( like right now ).
Remember , the police knows your alarm company. YOU must be secretive with your home security layout.

Vanderbilt University in Nashville Tennessee - I've told you about Franklin Police connections with Vanderbilt , butt , now I'll tell you about Vanderbilt. Did you know that Tenured Faculty are allowed to steal anything and everything they want? Doesn't matter who the property belongs too , they can steal and nothing will happen.

There's one professor in particular whom I know quite well. He came to Vanderbilt saying he had all kinds of research money in waiting for him to procure an area to perform his research. That's right boys and girls. All he needed was a place to do research. The university where he presently was would not and did not accommodate him because he was full of Shit and no one wanted to smell it. No , I'm not making this up. So he told a bunch of lies and got his Tenure transferred to Vanderbilt.

Upon arrival , he did not waste any time to start stealing whatever he could get his hands on. He even stole student equipment and put his own name on it. He even used department money to ship stuff to his friends in other states. There was nothing beyond his reach. Meanwhile , he had stolen some items that were on inventory. And of course , he had so much money to spend on his research that he even took the department's budget and the student's lab fees and he even took the Chairman's office. What to do , what to do. I mean this guy just took it all. Finally people were talking about all of the stuff that was missing. Surely there must be a thief amongst them.

So this is what happened , to cover his ass , the professor told Vanderbilt Police that he knew of an employee stealing stuff from the department. And so Vanderbilt went to work setting up their equipment to watch this employee steal all this stuff that he wasn't stealing. Ass stupid ass it sounds , a faculty member can steal all they want too butt if you are an employee , you get the blame for anything found stolen regardless if you stole it or not.

Franklin , Tennessee - I've told you about Franklin Police spending gobs of money to harass people. Have you ever wondered where all that money comes from?

Besides receiving donations from people wanting a piece of the law , they also make friends with other entities like Vanderbilt University and State Farm Insurance. Both are Billion Dollar Monsters.

Check this out-Vanderbilt has so much money on hand they don't know what to do with it all. There really is a room containing various piles of ca$h money. There's a small desk and one person sits with the money at all times. Every dollar is accounted for. There are 2 particular piles of money that every bill is a Silver Certificate. No one is allowed to touch those and Vanderbilt won't spend them. I know about this place because a person who likes to brag took me along with him to get some money for "something". Upon going through the door , you smell a strong musky ink odor with a person sitting at the desk smiling towards you. After telling him why you are there , he looks into a log book to see which pile of money to take from. Everything is carefully counted and out the door you go with ca$h in hand. So now you know about 2 of Franklin Police little friends.

So , by having a money room , they can produce documents that state the money was spent while it actually sits in a room waiting to be spent on something else , like harassment for example.

Franklin Police have committed murdered and because they are the police , they covered it up to make it look like a suicide. Think about this for a moment. Covering up a murder is not a difficult thing to do if you are the police , right? I mean like -who does such an investigation? Who does the paperwork? Who controls the scene? A False Pretense

Franklin , Tennessee - just what exactly does it take to become a Franklin Police officer? Simply put , you must be able to put on a false pretense of upholding the law.

Let me share my recent experience with Franklin Police. I had called them to complain about being harassed by a microwave emitter. They put on their best act telling me there was nothing they could do and decided to take me to the hospital because they were concerned about my pain in the upper quadrant that was causing me difficulty to breathe.

Sargent Ticonderoga Hat knew about my spinal injury and told Officer Baines to drive like a maniac on the side of the road and hit every bump there was. While I was going down in pain I saw the speedometer at 70mph. He finally stopped and called for an ambulance to pick me up. Outside the car , Baines and the Sargent were laughing about what they had done.

Think about it. A Franklin Police officer must be ready and be able at all times to cause harm when ordered to do so.

Upon arrival , the ambulance crew joined the police in laughing hysterically at my situation. They were not easy placing me on the gurney and they were still laughing while they slammed it into the unit. Makes ya wonder what kind of an ambulance service Chris Fielder is running doesn't it? Would you like to be made fun of because you have a spinal injury?

This is what we have for a Franklin Police Department. This is what we have for an ambulance service. This is Franklin , Tennessee for what it really is. This is the truth the people have for a town to live in. It's no wonder people whisper while talking about the police in such negative manners. The actions of Franklin Police has earned them such respect that people are actually afraid of them while District Attorney Kim Helper acts like their lap dog.

With the police behaving like this , do you really think the blog called , "Drinking The Franklin Koolaid" deleted itself because there were no more topics to talk about? I think the police got to him with their harassment techniques and the blogger ran away. Just like the first Koolaid blogger who moved out of the state.

Meanwhile , in the past , I've had talks with Tim Taylor , Lt. CID who stated that the law was all a false pretense. Even Franklin favorite DUI lawyer , Don Young told me this town's law was a false pretense.

What Is Their Problem?

Franklin , Tennessee - many of us living in The City of Franklin have noticed how poorly "Our" police treat people and the same question always arises. WHY?

Well people , it's like this - America's politicians have heard the word about a massive Armageddon or some kind of Apocalyptic activity is coming around the corner , like 2012 for example.

Maps have already been passed around and it looks like America alone will lose about 40% of her continental land mass.

California is a goner for sure along with the Rockies and that's a lot of real estate to lose without a war being involved. The remaining land masses will no doubt also be affected and that's where the law comes in. You should expect a national emergency will be put into place and the police will be given total power over the people to keep the peace since it's a sure bet there won't be enough food to go around and that means possible rioting. And yes , the police will have plenty to eat since they will be our NEW Government (with guns) for a long time to come. Historically speaking , any and all Governments have always come first while the people suffer.

People just don't realize the changes that will come when the future hits the fan and I can assure you , it won't be pretty. Those people who think they are friends with the police are in for a sore surprise and I'm sorry to be the one telling you this and yes I do know you are not listening to me.

To answer the question , "why?" , it's because they are getting you warmed up , for harder times are a coming. When you see California go glug glug glug along with a few gurgle, gurgle , gurgles then and ONLY THEN will you understand what I'm trying to tell you. And then you will understand why Franklin Police treat people so poorly. They are just warming up for the fun times ahead when "Martial Law" goes into effect.

Mr. Horne , I remember reading in the Kool Aid Blog a post where a person said with so much money running through the police department you could not help the feeling of suspicion they were for sale. There's something wrong here.

It's Happening Right Now

Franklin , Tennessee - how many people know , that "Our" Franklin Police Department is chomping down on the bit so hard from all the negativity they've created for themselves , they can no longer stand their own stench , much less look at each other. Butt what to do? That is the question. Well , it just so happens they are doing everything possible to coerce someone to commit murder and/or perhaps something more gruesomely awesomely better?

Here they have all of those nice (very expensive) , shiny new toys (very expensive) and no dead bodies of their own to play with on their unused autopsy tables (expensive) in their shiny new Crime Lab (very expensive) to show off to the news media. (Later of course , the police will carve off the special pieces from the corpse , to mount on their walls at home. Did you know , other police agencies in this country allow shooters to do these kind of things?)

Right now Franklin Police don't care who gets hurt , killed or what ever. They just want a nasty , bloody Fucking kill (or more) so they can justify the cost of their new headquarters building (very expensive). Yes , "Our" police department desperately wants to be "Our" Franklin hometown heroes , just like The City of Brentwood has theirs. To be coercing someone to commit a murder , shows just how desperate their feelings really are smarting at the moment. I'm not kidding people , Franklin Police are tired of other cities getting all the "Glory" on CNN while Franklin's Police Department sits outside , shivering in the cold beneath the shadow of Brentwood's Police Department..

Imagine a Halloween like , gruesome , bloody assed murder , being committed , right here in Franklin. Think about it. (I'm getting goose bumps just from writing this) Our City of Franklin has never had a really nasty event (in the last twenty years or so and that one was deliberately kept low on the radar because it involved the family member of a Franklin Police officer) and now they are doing whatever they can to have it their own way and they know , when such an event happens (they hope they hope they hope) that "We The People" will want to spend even more million$ of taxing dollar$ on stuff they don't really need right now , like another 50,000 dollar$ worth of bullets and a ticker tape parade down $treet $cam $treet to celebrate "Our" Hometown Heroes. (didn't they just change their shifts because of budget shortages? why not put that 50,000 dollar$ towards hiring another officer or apply it to the budget shortages? Oh what the Bloody Fucking Hell , why not give Franklin Police a Chri$tma$ of their own , everyday of the year? Their tree can light up Street Scape during the night hours. How's that for tourism dollar$ ? )

Meanwhile , just think about all of the publicity news of such an event being caught on CNN ass Franklin's SWAT team climbs the Confederate Monument on The Square , to raise the American flag ass The Star Spangled Banner is played by the Centennial High School Band. Just think of all of the news reporters coming to town , to tour their nice , shiny new facilities and getting a glimpse of the corpses while reporting on a gruesome murder(s) striking this quiet , little ole small town of Franklin. Think of the tourism dollar$ this would bring in. Why something like this would put Franklin on the international circuit which would require "Us" to expand our community airport facilities. (is this really how we want our town to be viewed upon around the world on CNN?)

This is just another example of "Our" Franklin Police Department abusing their police powers (and not giving a Damn about it)

What would you like to have done to your home? How about a new kitchen? A new concrete driveway? How about a new room extension with a garage , complete with a backyard swimming pool? How about a new roof , you would like a new roof wouldn't you? How about the grand prize of all , your very own "Man Cave". Franklin Police has the budget to accommodate at no cost to you.

Typically speaking , an incarcerated person does'nt have anything to bargain with and the police knowing this will talk real soothing like to get that person to thinking a bargain can be made. Franklin , Tennessee - Do you know that Franklin Police has money to burn? They have money to rent property and they have even more money to buy property for which they use ass observation platforms.

Here's my favorite example to show how Franklin Police spend their money - do you know what a Jehovah Witness is? Do you know what The Purple Triangle is? I'm told a Jehovah Witness is getting $4500 dollars a month in rent to allow the police to place their Active Denial device inside their house so they can cause harm to his neighbor. This is just extraordinary and you would understand if you knew about The Purple Triangle. So , here's your homework-look it up. Let's face it , if I told you about it , would you believe me?

My question is - what do you call this money? Is it really rent money or "Blood" money. Maybe it qualifies ass "Soul" money. I say this because what he's doing is selling his Soul for profit at the expense of harming another human being. It's that simple. Do you realize that taking money from the police makes you police property? That's right , they bought you and that means they own you. I would never have guessed a JW would sell their Soul to harm another. Yep , I got fooled on this one.

Franklin Police Show Their Arrogance Again

Franklin , Somewhere Elsewhere - I was asked what is Franklin Police problem this time and I just don't know. I would think it's just them being themselves ass usual. These are the stories that people confuse "US" about because so many Franklin Police Departments in America act just like "OUR's".


A Wisconsin TV meteorologist who photographs local communities for his newscasts was pulled over by two cop cars last week and interrogated.

Brian Gotter had just photographed a government building and a public library as a backdrop, which prompted somebody to call the cops. He was with his wife and 4-year-old son. He was there about five minutes, standing in a public parking lot and sidewalk to take his photos.

He then got back in his car and drove off with his family.

As Gotter was heading out of town, he noticed two squad cars (lights flashing) approaching him from behind at a high rate of speed. Thinking that they were on their way to an emergency, he moved into the right lane. However he quickly realized that he was being pulled over!

After being stopped, Franklin police ran his license plate and cautiously approached his vehicle. They informed him that they had received reports of an individual matching his description taking photographs of public buildings. After identifying himself and explaining what he was doing, Franklin police apologized for stopping him and allowed him to proceed.

Thankfully, there happens to be another journalist in that same town who cares enough about these issues to address it on the air and in an article.

Jeff Wagner of 620 WTMJ interviewed the local police chief on the air, who confirmed the above the event occurred and tried to justify it by saying that the act of taking pictures is enough “evidence of suspicious behavior” to warrant being pulled over.

Wagner, who obviously has a lot more sense than Walt Hunter of CBS3, stated the following in his article:

I’m not sure any judge in the country would take the position that simply taking photographs of public buildings from public areas in the middle of the afternoon gives authorities a legal basis to detain an individual. As a matter of fact, Chief Moore might want to take a look at a recent operational order issued by the New York City Police Department which specifically holds to the contrary. It seems to me that if officials in New York City recognize that there’s no legal basis to detain someone simply for taking photographs of public buildings, it’s hard to argue that it’s justified in Franklin, Wisconsin.

Wagner takes a reasonable but strong stance against the police actions in this incident.

First, while Brian Gotter is not going to sue the Franklin Police contending that he was illegally stopped, the next person pulled over might not be as understanding. Further, what happens if the next person is a young Arab male who happens to be an amateur photographer? Will his detention be more than momentary? If so – and if he files a lawsuit – will his damages be as mimimal?

Second, if someone is stopped illegally, any evidence found as a resuilt of the illegal stop is typically not admissible in court. Wouldn’t it be a shame to lose a prosecution simply because of some overzealous investigative techniques?

Third, this is still a free country for them to do to "US" ass they Damn well please ass usual. As several of my callers have stated , so , do we want to become a complete police state in the name of national security?

While we disagree on this issue, I don’t think Chief Moore is much of a guy. If the Franklin Police think it’s worth their time to check out someone who is taking pictures of the library, fine. They can get identifying information, run license plate numbers and commence an investigation. What I don’t think they can do is start making traffic stops without reasonable suspicion or probable cause that someone has committed a crime. But they still do it anyway because they know they'll get away with it. Afterall , when was the last time a Franklin Police officer was held accountable for their actions?

So , what happens if you take pictures of the new Franklin Police headquarters? Well , just go do it and find out for yourself.
